Enjoy the ease of shopping online with the personal service you expect. Place your order, wait for your collection confirmation, and pick up in store at your convenience - we’ll have everything ready for you.



How it works

1. Place Your Order

Shop online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You'll receive an email confirming your order.

2. We Prepare Your Order

 Our team will carefully prepare your items and email you when they're ready - please wait for this notification before visiting. 

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for preparation

  • Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day

  • Same-day collection may be available for earlier orders 

3. Collect In Store

 Visit our Click & Collect point and we'll be pleased to assist you. Please ensure you bring the following: 

  • Valid photo ID (matching the order name)

  • Your confirmation email or proof of purchase.

  • Collection location: North-east corner of the Children's Department, Church Street


  • Collection hours: Monday - Saturday, 3pm - 6pm


Helpful Information

  • Kindly wait until you receive your ready for collection email before arriving at the store.

  • Orders can only be released with valid identification.

  • Items are subject to availability, particularly during promotional periods.

  • Orders that are not collected within 60 days will be donated to charity.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an email from Gibbons confirming that your order is ready for pickup or delivery. The email will include the specific date and any additional instructions to ensure a smooth collection process.

When will my order be ready for pick up?

We offer same-day collection for orders placed by 1:00pm, Monday - Saturday. If you order after 1pm, your items will be available the next business day*. Orders placed on a Sunday will be available for pickup the following Monday from 3pm-6pm.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Our Click + Collect is located in the northeast corner of our Children's Department on Church Street. 18 Church Street, Hamilton (opposite the Bus Terminal).

Is there a specific time for collection of orders?

Online Click and Collect orders are available for pickup Monday – Saturday from 3pm to 6pm.
