How it Works
1. Place Your Order
Shop online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You'll receive an email confirming your order.
2. We Prepare Your Order
Our team will carefully prepare your items and email you when they're ready - please wait for this notification before visiting.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for preparation
- Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day
- Same day collection may be available for earlier orders
3. Collect in Store
Visit our Click & Collect point and we'll be pleased to assist you. Please ensure you bring the following:
- Valid photo ID (matching the order name)
- Your confirmation email or proof of purchase
Our Click & Collect counter is located in the North-East corner of the Children's Department on Church Street.
Collection hours: Monday - Saturday, 3pm - 6pm

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
You will receive an email from Gibbons confirming that your order is ready for pickup or delivery. The email will include the specific date and any additional instructions to ensure a smooth collection process.

When will my order be ready for pick up?
We offer same-day collection for orders placed by 1:00pm, Monday - Saturday. If you order after 1pm, your items will be available the next business day*. Orders placed on a Sunday will be available for pickup the following Monday from 3pm-6pm.

Where do I go to pick up my order?
Our Click + Collect is located in the northeast corner of our Children's Department on Church Street. 18 Church Street, Hamilton (opposite the Bus Terminal).
