Covid-19 Update 

We have currently extended our return policy beyond 14 days. If you made a purchase while our physical store was closed during the curfew and shelter in place periods, you can now return your items in store.

Our fitting rooms are currently closed for the safety and health of our staff and community, however, shoes may be tried on. If a customer needs to try on an item, we ask that they purchase that item and try it on at home. If you need to return the item, please see below for details on how to make a return. Items that are returned to store will be placed in an allocated area, disinfected and returned to the selling floor after 48hrs.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, you can return the items to Gibbons Company.

Simply bring it back to Gibbons Company with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in perfect condition with all the tags still intact. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.

For reasons of hygiene there are no returns, exchanges or refunds on:
  • Men’s and Women’s swimwear
  • Fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, brushes, eyelashes,
  • Bedding, pillows, mattress pads, towels, blankets, throws,
  • Hue leggings, hosiery, intimate apparel, shapewear and foundations.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping, handling, duties, tarifs or taxes. 

Gibbons Company does not offer pickup for returning items at this time.
