Click & Collect

Enjoy the ease of shopping online with the personal service you expect. Place your order, wait for your collection confirmation, and pick up in store at your convenience - we’ll have everything ready for you.



How it works

1. Place Your Order

Shop online and select Click & Collect at checkout. You'll receive an email confirming your order.

2. We Prepare Your Order

 Our team will carefully prepare your items and email you when they're ready - please wait for this notification before visiting. 

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for preparation

  • Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day

  • Same-day collection may be available for earlier orders 

3. Collect In Store

 Visit our Click & Collect point and we'll be pleased to assist you. Please ensure you bring the following: 

  • Valid photo ID (matching the order name)

  • Your confirmation email or proof of purchase.

  • Collection location: North-east corner of the Children's Department, Church Street


  • Collection hours: Monday - Saturday, 3pm - 6pm


Helpful Information

  • Kindly wait until you receive your ready for collection email before arriving at the store.

  • Orders can only be released with valid identification.

  • Items are subject to availability, particularly during promotional periods.

  • Orders that are not collected within 60 days will be donated to charity.
