Same-Day Click + Collect

Monday - Saturday | 3pm - 6pm

Our Click + Collect is located in the north east corner of our Children's Department on Church Street.

Please allow 24 hours after receiving your confirmation before coming to pick up your order, as orders will not be ready immediately. This process helps ensure orders are prepared accurately and released to the correct person. Orders cannot be handed over without proper identification.

For the security of our customers, valid photo ID is required when picking up online orders. The name on the ID must match the name on the order confirmation.

Orders received after 1pm, will be processed the next business day* and available for pick-up after 1pm. *Please note: orders received during peak times may experience delays.

Uncollected orders will be donated to charity after 60 days.

An email confirmation will be sent once an order has been placed and then when it is ready for collection, please wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect.

Proof of purchase and Photo ID is required to collect any orders.

* Please be aware that SALE ITEMS are subject to low inventory. We will do our best to fulfill orders but cannot guarantee availability.

Please also be aware that high traffic events such as site-wide sales and Public Holidays can impact order timing.
